Hello - I am glad you have set fourthed this subject,my advise is minimum help for patient in simple and available materials,of course you are right but steroid and an other drugs that are related in immune system have side effect and we can n't use in all the year only after 6-9 month we can use it .I am eager have correspond about psoriasis in private message ,thanks

While anything topical could possibly relieve symptoms temporarily. Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease. You can't "CURE" it from the outside in. more

The only topical thing I know to help is regular Dead Sea salt bathing. It has helped my husband soooo much. more

I have been researching psoriasis for about 5 years now due to the fact that my husband exhibits severe plaque psoriasis symptoms. I did the Pagano diet and found it works great, however, I really did not have the time to cook all those meals (that weren't very good anyways) so I worked hard at creating a diet that I can fit into my busy life.
