Here it is on my knee. This is actually pretty bad. At times, it isn't as aggrevated. But - as you can see - sometimes it's just nasty.

My knees and elbows look identical to that. Have you found anything that helps it?
I try to keep vaseline on my psoriasis. But its tough on the knees and elbows because the vaseline ruins your clothes.
