Hello - I am glad you have set fourthed this subject,my advise is minimum help for patient in simple and available materials,of course you are right but steroid and an other drugs that are related in immune system have side effect and we can n't use in all the year only after 6-9 month we can use it .I am eager have correspond about psoriasis in private message ,thanks more
