| |  |  |  |  |  | If you have it on your knees, its a pretty good bet that that what you have is psoriasis. As far as it not being scaly, remember that the skin in the genital area will remain much more moist than other areas like your knees or elbows. So it makes sense that it is more red, and not as flakey.
I had psoriasys there for a while and it went away. Imnot sure why, none of my other patches did.

Turns out they are the classic symptoms or psoriasis.
No treatment yet. Im going to try and deal with it for now. Its only a small patch on each elbow - about the size of a quarter. more
