have you heard psoriasis skips generations?
Funny thing is...I have it, my cousin on my ma's side has a different type of it, my ma had it only on her ears, and my dad had it when he was young

I never heard that. Inmy experience, though, its just me and my father that have it as far as I know.

Mine is much much worse. He has it a little on knees and elbows - like quarter sized patched. Ive got big patches on my arms, elbows, thighs, back, and scalp.

u no, my dad always says that if I quit worrying about things that I can not change than mine will clear up...it's so easy to say but it's true

try rubbing the inside of bananna peels on ur bad areas and then put on some thin stretchy clothes that will cover those areas and shower with luke warm water before u go anywhere
and see if that helps-good luck
