Sorry Iam writing about shrunk subject but near some patients that suffereing from nail eczema ,painful hand and psoriatic arthritis this article is useful for them ,is necessary they learn and do for himself .in the clinics or near the people that are doing leech apply we say common leech apply this method is for all body problem such as migraine ,boil,an other but in eczema and psoriasis we need terms in long time to instigate the body immune system for example to day one leech after four day two leech after four day three leech after four day three leech to here body will show reaction and psoriasis would be cure if is not enough after four day use three leech. but in common leech apply people using 10 or 12 leech in one time thier problem is different from our problem .these patients can not receive leech therapy 1- anemic (anemia) person and blood conclusion person 2- a person who have heart problem during leech programe blood become dilut (soft watery-thin ) but if doctor let him he do it never mind but he must tell to him  3-in the menstruate and pregnancy priod can not use leech .leech apply rules 1- during leech programe be seated on the ground sit on the chair or to lie down on the bed is not good 2-every where the leech wounded  there we should be avoide in touch with water until  48 hour (oclock) but if we do it we must do leech apply again 3-during hunger and meal full can not do it after two hour after breakfast would be suitable for it 4-before leech programe wash your body with water but do not use soap because leech is sensative to to smell and salt 5-twelve (12) hour after leech programe you should be avoide from sexual actions             quarantime the leech .after geting the leech from swamp water put it in bottle and in door fasten with aluminium screen (lace-) and put in the refrigerator (in down places- 8 grade temperature) during 30 days every day change the water without opening the door if some fish food added never mind after 30 day we can use leech  in the winter to spring and march month is not suitable time for leech apply - if you used leech in one period 12- 15 day you can repeat it after 9-12 month again thanks
