My spouse gets a very painful (burning and itching) rash on his hands & feet - also on his chin, forehead, tush. It seems to be triggered when he does physical work, such as hiking (feet become extremely painful), mowing the lawn, hammering, etc.
He is otherwise very fit and healthy. Our doctor blew him off & told him to wear rubber gloves when he washes the dishes!
