psoriasis in all over the body and eczema on the palm of hand are such as migraine appears in process of life and clears if we use suitable materials for curing it .I after suffering in long time now these four materials are known for me that can cure psoriasis and eczema 1- tea tree soap 2- old vinegar 3- vase line 4- parmanganate

1- tea tree soap is useable in painful psoriasis on the palm of the hand .grate tea tree with hand plane ,soap become powder one spoon powder put in small cup with some drop water and mix it .and rub on the back of hand after 3-5 minutes wash it after become dry rub vase line painful hand would be quiet .making powder from soap help us in making fresh ointment because tea tree oil will demolish  in soaked medium. 2-this old vinegar prepared from grape in natural phase and passed at least two years from making of it rub with some cotton ,rub on the wound. if you have eczema on the palm of hand before rub you rub vase line to all over the hand and put on the gloves because vinegar would be painful for you  after 5-15 minutes wash the wound and rub steroid ointment . take this program three time a week .3- use vaseline as you need 4- parmanganate is useful for pompholyx description about it is in the www.
